At Chequespread we believe in investing in the very latest technology to ensure that all of our business processes and operations are streamlined, flexible and efficient.

To help us achieve these goals, we have persistently sought to generate partnerships with technological and service orientated organisations at the forefront of their own industry. As a result we now have a very wide partner portfolio and can offer a massive variety of bespoke services that break away from our more traditional product portfolio.

We also believe it is important for us to practice what we preach. All of our internal operations employ the same solutions and philosophies that we advocate and offer to our clients.

All internal multi-tier applications are developed on the very latest Microsoft .NET framework and infrastructure, using SQL servers to house all of our core systems databases.

As a result, we can develop and integrate a variety of bespoke services and applications to provide clients with feature rich systems integration. This has varied from direct integration into client POS systems using XML over TCP/IP, to a variety of automated system driven outputs, MI report feeds and automated group wide security alerts.

We also provide clients with API's (such as .dll or web service architecture) to integrate our functionality or assessment gateways into their own applications. Alternatively we will provide tailored multi-tier applications direct to our clients so that they can host their own applications with a direct controlled interface into our internal systems.

As an example of our drive towards automation and efficiency through the use of technology, we released an internally developed application to provide service monitoring for our critical servers and applications, using automated SMS to distribute alerts to key personnel. This proved so effective that the technology has now been integrated into our operational processes, being used to alert some of our clients to specific transaction patterns and also for pro-active contact in the debt recovery process.

To ensure service availability and retain a focus on our service quality to clients, we utilise the latest Stratus servers to provide maximum uptime across our technology and service platforms. Data replication strategies are also employed enterprise wide, together with redundancy across every technology element in order to ensure maximum platform resillience.
